Torrent is not downloading at full speedf

I recently switched torrent clients from Transmission to qBittorrent, and I've noticed a pretty drastic drop in speed. On Transmission I was able to pull in upwards of 3 Mb/s, on qBittorrent the Ubuntu torrent is stuck around 300-400 Kb/s.
